Brookfield House is a fully functional Care Home set in beautiful landscaped gardens located in Nantwich, Cheshire with specialist facilities for both personal care and those with a diagnosis of dementia.

 

Brookfield House offers a home from home atmosphere that people living in here can enjoy to whatever level they wish. There are 51 bedrooms with most of them having en-suite facilities. Upon moving in, residents are encouraged to bring in their own personal items to ensure their room is personalised to their own taste.

We have a number of lounges where residents can be joined by their family or other visitors. With prior booking we are also able to provide a meal for guests.

 

The garden is a beautiful enclosed space with seating areas and a fantastic gazebo that is well used by the residents and visitors.

 

All staff are trained to care for the people who live in the home with specialist courses completed to ensure we can give the residents the best possible care and outcomes to maintain their independence and dignity  for as long as they are able.

 

We have links with local doctors so where able people who come to live in the home are able to maintain their own GP and the local district nurses visit if required.
