Astley Care Ltd is a small Nursing Home Group located in the Midlands.

 

There are currently 6 homes offering both Nursing and residential care for people who have physical needs and for those living with dementia.

We offer a home from home environment where our residents can continue to maintain the lifestyle they desire with the help from the staff to achieve this within their capabilities; including personalising their rooms with their own belongings and pictures. Our residents are given a varied activity programme that can be personalised to their preference.

 

Residents input is important to us, menus are reviewed and activities are planned so everyone can enjoy our homes to the maximum potential.

Families are encouraged to maintain their close contact and visiting is not restricted other than from meal times. However families and friends can book in advance to eat with their loved ones. Meetings are arranged for families who can give their input on planning activities etc to keep everybody in the loop.

 

All staff are closely vetted before they start working in our homes and they are trained to carry out their duties to the highest standard. All staff receive ongoing training and encouraged to develop their skills which in turn will enhance the care we give to the people living in the homes
