Our Care

At Evergreen House we strive to meet each individuals needs to ensure the highest possible standards are met to a level they would do themselves if they were able.

Staff are trained in all aspects of care to ensure they are able to meet the needs of the residents that live in the home. This includes specialist dementia training to level 2 with new staff signed up to this as soon as possible following induction. Over 66% have a NVQ level 2 in care and all new staff complete the care certificate as part of their induction.

Evergreen house has 2 lounges that residents and families can use including a large TV lounge and small quieter area to give peace and quite to those who prefer it.

Nutrition is a very important part of all our lives and no more so than residents who live in the care home. Meals are prepared fresh on site every day with residents given a choice on what they wish to eat and specialist diets catered for to ensure all nutritional needs are met.
